Management Team
Michael Dickey, CEO
As founder and CEO of BeatBox Technologies (formerly known as ClickCadence), Michael created the market-leading network appliance for monitoring enterprise web applications. BeatBox combined network packet-sniffing with TCP reassembly, SSL decryption, real-time sessionizing, and rules-based data processing to provide website administrators with more detailed pictures of visitor interactions. Michael sold BeatBox to Mercury Interactive in 2005, which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard (HP Software) in 2006. BeatBox is now part of HP's Real User Monitor (RUM) product.
Prior to BeatBox, Michael worked as CTO of Innovative Resource Group (IRG), a subsidiary of iGate Corporation that acquired his first technology company, Terminus System Designs (TSD). In the mid 1990's, TSD developed Entropy, an object-relational database for the web that made it easy to build databases and integrate them with websites using a simple, tag-based markup language. Mike studied Physics, Computer Science, and Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Thomas Palmieri, Vice President of Services
Thomas brings over 15 years of experience in building and operating various types of IT and product-support service offerings to Atomic Labs. One of these prior offerings, Quadrix Solutions, was a profitable, successful and highly praised managed-services provider that was acquired by SaaS-leader OpSource in 2003. Shortly after that, Thomas joined Michael at BeatBox Technologies (formerly known as ClickCadence) to help build its technical and professional support offerings.
Thomas remained with Mercury Interactive when it acquired BeatBox in 2005 and helped Mercury vastly improve its ability to deliver top-notch professional services in support of their Real User Monitor (RUM) product. Thomas spun this out into a new HP/Mercury professional services practice, which has established itself as one of the most experienced implementers of many of the products that HP Software acquired from Mercury in 2007.
Prior to founding Quadrix Solutions, Thomas was Vice President, Network Technologies at ISE Telecommunications, Inc. and Vice President/Chief Technologist at Automation Intelligence Corp. Thomas was previously a Member of Technical Staff, Architecture at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon). He studied Physics and Computer Science at Rutgers University.
